What is Hope680
Hope680 is a non-profit ministry to the Homeless in the 680 corridor of Contra Costa County. Our county has over 3,000 homeless and Hope680 has a mission to provide gospel hope and practical help to those facing homelessness in our county.
We have volunteer teams who go out to homeless encampments twice a month and offer sandwiches, hot coffee, and the gospel message.
The purpose of the walk is the fundraise to expand the ministry in 2024 as we seek to reach more homeless in our community and offer increased services like discipleship, counseling, hot meals, and hot showers. Our services are offered with the goal of seeing people begin a relationship with God and ultimately leave their life on the street.
